1. Service Content

BlessPage is an online greeting page generation platform. Users can create personalized animated web greetings by entering greeting content, uploading photos, etc., and can obtain sharing links and management permissions through payment.

2. User Responsibilities

When using BlessPage services, you agree that:

• All input content, photos, and greetings are legal, original, or authorized, and do not infringe on the rights of others;
• You will not upload or publish any illegal, violent, discriminatory, pornographic, infringing, or other inappropriate content;
• You will not use BlessPage to implement any abuse, destruction, interference, or illegal activities;
• If your content causes third-party complaints, legal disputes, or liabilities, you will bear full responsibility and compensate BlessPage for any losses caused.

3. Payment and Refunds

Regarding payment and refund policies:

• Generating a shareable greeting link requires a one-time fee of $4.98 USD;
• If you request a refund within 24 hours after payment, we will refund you unconditionally;
• After 24 hours, payments will not be refunded;
• Deletion operations in the management link take effect immediately; once deleted, pages and data cannot be recovered.

4. Page Retention and Deletion

Regarding the generated greeting pages:

• Generated greeting pages will remain online until you actively delete them through the management link;
• We reserve the right to delete any content that violates these terms without prior notice based on legal requirements or reasonable judgment;
• If you lose the management link, we may not be able to provide services to recover or delete the page; please keep it safe.

5. Service Changes and Termination

Regarding service changes:

• We reserve the right to change, suspend, or terminate all or part of the service's functions at any time without notice;
• We are not liable for compensation for service interruptions caused by force majeure (such as server failures, hacker attacks, policy reasons);
• If you violate these terms, we have the right to immediately suspend or terminate our services to you.

6. Intellectual Property

Regarding intellectual property protection:

• BlessPage's platform name, logo, design, and service content are protected by law;
• You retain all rights to your uploaded content but agree to grant us a non-exclusive license to use this content within the scope of our services;
• You may not reverse engineer, copy, sell, or use BlessPage's services for unauthorized commercial purposes.

7. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by the relevant laws of the People's Republic of China. In case of disputes, they should first be resolved through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, you agree to submit to the court with jurisdiction at our registered location.
